suspect says, Are you going to get to the point?" Are you accusing me?"
A
suspect asks, What is this all about?"
The
suspect says, " Do I need an attorney? Or, I want an attorney."
You
are only saying this because I am (age, race, sex, etc.).
What
do I do if someone becomes angry?
A
suspect says, "Show me what you have on me"
A
Suspect says, I'll take a polygraph (lie detector) test."
Why
not just give up your evidence since that will help convince the suspect
he is caught?
The
Suspect Says, "I'm going to sue."
Do
I have to read him Miranda?
A
suspect says, "I want to leave."
The
suspect says, "I want to talk with my (wife, mother, father)." Or
"I
want to have my (wife, parent, father etc.) with me while we talk."
